It is confirmed. The JPL main website (http://www.jpl.nasa.gov)
was indeed hacked by a hacker or hackers calling themselves "Hacking For
Girlies" (HFG). Actual time of the intrusion is not known, but the time
stamp on the altered page's mirror is 09:09:25 GMT, which would be
02:09:25 PST (JPL/NASA local time) as an approximate time of penetration.

The JPL main website is currently offline. No announcement has
been made on when it will return online. That's the latest from the front
lines.
