info. I am still unable to find out a few things if anyone can help:
a. when does this go before the president?
b. what was the vote count and WHO voted for it in the House?
c. who will be responsible for enforcing this?]

What about the line that reads:
"We have reached a resolution, for example, on the issue of encryption
research, thanks in large part to the leadership of Chairman Tauzin. "
that appears in the previous posted titled "[ISN] WIPO-HR2281: Update"?
Does anyone know what concessions were made on this subject? I know there
are other issues at work that are disquieting as well, but this is one of my
personal concerns. The restriction on crypto testing.
I can't find any decent copy of any of the proposed or modified verbage...
maybe I just dont read legalese very well.
