Network Associates Sues SANTA CLARA, Calif. (Reuters) -
Network Associates says it is filing a Federal patent infringement suit
against Internet Security Systems. The suit, filed in Federal District
Court in Northern California, claims Internet Security's RealSecure
network security product violates patent claims issued for Network
Associates' intrusion detection technology. The company, which sells
similar products under the CyberCop brand name, seeks monetary damages and
injunctive relief to prevent ISS Group from making, using or selling
RealSecure.
