The CIA is warning some employees about potential fallout
from Y2K problems and advising them to pay bills in early
December 1999 to avoid possible processing problems, keep
cash on hand in case ATM machines fail, and have extra
blankets ready in case of a blackout on a cold New Year's
Eve night...
