Hands-On Web Security Course Announced By Learning Tree

   RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 1998--Learning Tree
   International today announced the release of Implementing Web
   Security, a new hands-on course that teaches participants how to
   secure Web communications and Web sites. This four-day course provides
   extensive hands-on experience in configuring and securing popular Web
   servers, encrypting Web traffic, issuing and managing certificates for
   browser and server authentication, and securing electronic commerce
   applications across public networks.
   
   ``The increased use of Web technologies for corporate intranets and
   Internet sites has escalated security risks to corporate data and
   information systems,'' said John Moriarty, Vice President of Product
   Development for Reston, VA-based Learning Tree International. ``This
   course systematically exposes potential security threats, provides
   proven solutions and shows you the steps you can take today to help
   ensure the integrity and privacy of your Web data,'' he continued.

   Implementing Web Security joins Learning Tree's existing
   intranet/Internet curriculum, which includes Introduction to the

   and Building Great Web Content, Deploying Internet and Intranet
   Firewalls, as well as four Web server courses: Microsoft Internet
   Information Server, Netscape Servers for Intranet Development, Lotus

   Implementing Web Security is a core course in Learning Tree's Web
   Administration & Development Certified Professional certification
   program. Certified graduates of this program possess the skills and

   Tuition for the four-day, hands-on Implementing Web Security is
   $2,195. The course is being offered nationwide at Learning Tree
