Moderator's Comments: RootShell is probably the most well known source of
exploits these days. This is the only place I have seen get an occasional
exploit before bugtraq which is a surprise. While claiming to have 500
exploits, this is the only thing I would possibly question. If true, that
would easily put it as the largest public database of known exploits. The
downside is, you can only reference them by date, *not* OS or Service.  If
you are looking to keep up on the "bleeding edge" of new exploits, this is
the place.
